We are going to host a rattle birthing workshop here at the Gainesville Retreat Center and ending with a ceremony at my home Oct 13th-16th!

I have been talking with Tara for years about doing workshops together and it’s finally happening! This is NOT your average rattle making btw as if there were such a thing…This rattle making is a shamanic journey through yourself to call forth your authentic voice in community.

This will also be the birthing of a women’s lodge and the first women’s work on my land as we will be building a sweat lodge and fire for the last evening of the workshop.

Tara is a true medicine woman and I feel honored to have her as one of my closest and longest friendships. We have been friends since the age of 15 and have seen each through so much. We are coming together now to offer back as our children get older we have the time and the wisdom and rejoice in the ability to be of service to you! Giving thanks for all we have received we look forward to sharing our collaborative medicine as we journey through the elements and ourselves in a rhythmic rebirthing. We hope you’ll join us~
