Integrative Healing Body Work

This Integrative Healing Body Work session allows us to draw upon all my skills in one session for what your body heart and soul are needing most. When you book the session it will not exceed the time booked unless discussed any additional time will be $2 a minute….and it may be less time. We work until the session is complete in that moment honoring that in the space of healing time does not exist.

Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Massage
In Mayan culture no matter what the ailment is the first person you see is someone who does abdominal massage. This is a perfect place to start, right in the center of the body especially if you are coming for fertility or digestive issues and can include yoni steaming, spiritual bathing, and castor oil packs

I offer holistic, in-labor support or transitional support for the full cycle of how birth presents itself. These sessions can include acupuncture, massage, breath work, and grounded presence coming from years of experience holding space in the luminal realms for women.
