A Practice of Reconnection
The word yoga means “to yoke” or “to unite”—an invitation to bring together what has been separated.
In Womb Yoga, we come into union with our own sacred center—the womb space—connecting our attention inward to listen, learn, heal, and reclaim wisdom from within.
This is a space to slow down and soften.
Through gentle, yin-inspired asana, we maintain flexibility in the spine while cultivating awareness of our psoas, pelvic floor and uterosacral ligaments—key structures in womb vitality.
We honor the vibrational power of sound through chanting as well as the magic of silence.
Together, we create a circle of community and remembrance, supporting one another as we tend to womb imbalances and reawaken the innate intelligence held in our bodies.
This practice is for all who feel called to connect with their womb space as a source of wisdom, creativity, and transformation.
