This workshop is about awakening the senses and giving ourselves the gift of sensual re-connection in our bodies within central sisterhood. Pleasure can and is used as an offering or a way to honor/worship at the alter of our body-temples, We would love to explore some of the ways to do this with you.

Within this temple container we will explore what pleasure means to us, How to experience it through all 5 senses and how to utilize the use of breath, sound, and movement to amplify our sensations. Included in this experience we will also be facilitating the self care rituals of yoni steaming and breast massage.

*ALL ACTIVITIES WILL BE PRESENTED IN A SAFE CONTAINER AND RESPECT THE PERSONAL BOUNDARIES OF EACH INDIVIDUAL.
